Please avoid soaking them. They are not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave. To preserve their quality, it's best to clean them gently with a damp cloth.

Will the colors of the stickers look exactly like they do on the website?
Please note that the colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or phone settings. While we strive for accuracy in the photos, the way colors appear can differ due to individual screen calibrations.

How do I apply my sticker?
Applying your sticker is easy! Clean the surface where you want to place the sticker, peel off the backing, and carefully place the sticker on your surface.

Do you offer returns or exchanges on stickers?
As our stickers are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or damaged sticker due to an error on our part, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that once your order is with the post office, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they may vary.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted only before the item has shipped. Once your sticker order has been processed and shipped, cancellations cannot be made. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
