All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and there are NO REFUNDS unless there is an error on our part.
Order Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted only before the item has shipped. You must submit a cancellation request within this timeframe. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
How to Cancel an Order:
To request a cancellation, please contact us here before the item has shipped. We will process the cancellation request and inform you once it's complete.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If the mistake is on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
